holiday occurs over a price break, the rate applies in
which the majority of nights are taken - e.g. Luce
Caravan hire from the 2nd - 5th September will cost £185.

All caravans are of a
high standard and fully equipped except for towels & tea towels. Some caravans are
double glazed and centrally heated. Others have
background heating in the bedrooms & bathroom. Pets are
allowed for a fee of £20 per week each (2 dogs per caravan).
We also have caravans that are pet free. All Holiday
Homes are NON SMOKING. |

Cancellation Insurance |
|
Cancellation insurance is available at the rate of £20
per week / £14 for up to 4 days. If you wish to take
insurance out, please request this at the time of
booking. |

Caravans |
|
All caravans are of a high standard and fully equipped
except for towels and tea towels. Some caravans now
have background heating in the bedrooms. We have some caravans that are
pet free. |
| Pets |
|
Pets are only accepted on
the firm understanding that they will be kept under
control at all times. Under NO circumstances are they to
be allowed to sleep on beds or other furnishings in
caravans and must be exercised off the park. They must
NEVER be left unattended in caravans. Dogs incur an
extra charge (see above). |
| Short Period Bookings |
|
Such bookings are charged on a nightly basis and will vary as to type of caravan available and the time of year. Advance bookings for this type of accommodation can be made by telephone. |
|
Cancellations |
|
Cancellations may result in the hirer losing the deposit and unless 21 days notice is given, the hirer becomes liable for 75% of the total hiring fee unless the caravan can be re-let for the whole period involved in the original hire. Sympathetic consideration will be given to cancellations caused through illness. Such cancellations must be supported by a bona fide doctor's certificate of illness at the time of cancellation. |
| General Liability |

The proprietors can accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of or to any possessions or property of visitors or for any accident occurring to any member or members of the party covered by the booking. |
